Refund Conditions
- Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase
- All credit packages and subscription plans are eligible
- Unused credits will be fully refunded
- Partially used credit packages may be refunded on a pro-rated basis
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing and Timeline
- Refund requests are typically reviewed within 24-48 hours
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider
Exceptions

- Credits that have been fully consumed are not eligible for refund

Subscription Cancellation
For subscription plans:

- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have access to credits until the end of your paid period
- No partial refunds are provided for cancelled subscriptions outside the 14-day window
